We rent furnished 4 Rooms of 25 square meters and 5 apartments of 55 square meters:

A)  n. 3 Apartaments on ground floor of 55 m² (Ap. no.1-2-3 max 5 persons per apartament);

B)  n. 3 rooms  on 1^st floor of about 23 m² (room no. 5-7-9 max 2-3 persons per room);

C)  n. 1 room with terrace on 1st floor of about 25 m² + terrace 20 m² (room no.8 max 3 persons);

D)  n. 1 Apartaments on 1st floor of about 42 m² (Ap. no.4 max 5 persons);

E)  n. 1 Apartaments on 1st floor of about 42 m² (Ap. no.6 max 5 persons).

Each apartment from 55 square meters (on ground floor) has:
(total 3 apartments - max 5 people for apartment)

• A room with double bed, (you can add more beds);
• Another room where there is a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge and freezer), a sofa bed and Coffee Maker, you can add one or more beds;

• A veranda with table and chairs, overlooking the garden;

• Wardrobe and bedside tables;

• Two air conditioners - heaters;

Services in any Apartment - Room

• Free Internet Wi-Fi and DSL connection;

• Swimming Pool 6 meters. x 14 mt. with Roman Steps (90 sqm.) Height pool: 1.20 -1.40 meters.;

• Use of two washing machines in a common room;

• Dry cleaning and laundry done every week;

• Breakfast is on demand in farm holiday: milk, instant coffee, packaged croissant, jams and rasks, by a breakfast pack;

• catering service for lunch and dinner is on demand: for each person fish or meat plates delivered to farm holiday, from a Restaurant in Bernalda;

• Chance to enjoy our natural products (kiwi, apricots, peaches, cherries, plums, extra-virgin olive oil, etc.);

• Tourist brochures and information for tours + route of the Sassi in Matera;

• Minibus service (by agency on demand) for visit to Matera and surroundings;

• availability 'of two mountain-bike, only E. 3 (three) for a half day and E. 5 (five) throughout the day for each mountain-biking.

• stay at least 3 nights, free sampling of fruit or vegetable or olive oil or eggs;

• a fireplace (only in Apartment No. 3).

Collaboration with the Restaurant 'DA BASSAM' to Bernalda (10 minutes) with products based on fish and meat, local and home-made (Menu 'Meat Euro 20 - Euro 25 fish menu. The menu includes appetizer-first-second - soft-drinks);

• Collaboration with Trattoria 'DA FIFINA' to Bernalda (10 minutes) with typical products, local and home-cooked at moderate prices 20-25 (hors-first-second-fruit-drinks);

• Collaboration with Pizzeria-Restaurant 'I PITAGORICI' to Bernalda (10 min) - Pizza and beer for Euro 7-8 - Complete meal of meat to Euro 15-25;
